Intern, Sales Representative – Australia

Job Description

Talentier is looking for enthusiastic sales interns to join our team in Australia, helping to expand our client base and support sales efforts in the region. This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and relationship-building with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and more.


The intern will have the opportunity to connect with potential clients, support the sales process, and assist in building Talentier’s brand presence across major Australian cities. For example, you may reach out to contacts in Sydney, attend virtual meetings with clients in Melbourne, or follow up on leads from Brisbane.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:

Research and engage with startups, SMEs, and larger enterprises across cities like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.


Example: Reach out to health tech startups in Melbourne or software companies in Sydney to introduce Talentier’s services.


Support the Sales Process:

Assist in outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding new clients as part of the sales team.


Example: Join virtual calls with clients and follow up with emails to help onboard new partners.


Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:

Work closely with internal teams to align on sales strategies and tailor campaigns for the Australian market.


Example: Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns promoting MVP development for Australian startups.


Attend and Support Networking Events:

Represent Talentier at industry events and tech meetups (virtually or in-person) to build contacts and generate leads.


Example: Participate in tech webinars or local startup events to expand Talentier’s network.

Job Requirements

Current Students or Recent Graduates:

Open to students and recent graduates passionate about sales and business development.


Strong Communication Skills:

Fluent in English, with an ability to engage clients effectively.


Proactive and Eager to Learn:

Comfortable taking on new challenges and adapting to a fast-paced environment.


Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:

Able to work well with cross-functional teams while staying focused on individual and team targets.
