Business Development Associate (Dubai)

Job Description
The Business Development Associate (Dubai) will be instrumental in expanding Talentier’s client base and building strategic partnerships across the UAE. This role involves identifying and engaging with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across industries such as finance, technology, healthcare, and education to introduce Talentier’s tech consulting and development solutions. The manager may attend networking events in Dubai, engage with innovation hubs in Abu Dhabi, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the UAE’s vibrant business ecosystem.
The role includes establishing partnerships with local incubators, accelerators, and universities to foster growth opportunities. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure solutions are tailored to UAE market needs, setting clear sales goals, and ensuring a seamless client experience. For example, the manager may work with engineers to create custom AI solutions or partner with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies for the region.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Engage New Business Opportunities:
Research and connect with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Example: Reach out to fintech startups in Dubai or healthcare firms in Abu Dhabi to explore business opportunities.
• Build and Manage Strategic Partnerships:
Develop long-term relationships with local accelerators, incubators, and universities to drive growth and innovation.
Example: Partner with a Dubai-based accelerator to provide consulting and tech development services to early-stage companies.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work with Talentier’s Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to tailor solutions to the unique needs of the UAE market.
Example: Coordinate with marketing on a targeted campaign for AI and machine learning services for local healthcare startups.
• Attend Industry Events and Networking Opportunities:
Represent Talentier at trade shows, conferences, and meetups in the UAE to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Example: Attend GITEX Technology Week or STEP Conference in Dubai to connect with industry leaders and potential clients.
• Meet Sales Targets and Drive Revenue:
Focus on revenue generation by managing pipelines, closing deals, and achieving sales goals—your success directly impacts growth in the UAE.
Job Requirements
• Relevant Experience:
Open to university students, graduates, and candidates with 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills:
Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a strong advantage for engaging with local clients.
• Proactive and Solution-Oriented:
A self-starter who can identify new opportunities and solve challenges effectively.
• Collaborative and Data-Driven:
Comfortable working with internal teams and leveraging data insights to refine sales strategies.
