Intern, Sales Representative – Dubai
Location: Remote - Dubai
Job Description
Talentier is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative Intern to help expand our presence in the UAE and gain valuable sales experience in a dynamic market. As an intern, you’ll engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, identifying potential clients and supporting the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding.
This role is ideal for university students and recent graduates eager to develop skills in sales, client management, and relationship building. For example, you may cold-call tech firms in Dubai, participate in networking events, or follow up with potential clients to support the onboarding process.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:
Research and reach out to startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to generate leads.
Example: Contact fintech companies in Dubai or health-tech startups in Abu Dhabi to introduce Talentier’s solutions.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist in outreach, follow-up communications, and help onboard new clients through meetings and email follow-ups.
Example: Join virtual meetings with potential clients and follow up with personalized email summaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns tailored to the UAE market.
Example: Coordinate with marketing to support outreach campaigns promoting Talentier’s tech solutions.
• Attend Industry Events and Build Networks:
Participate in industry events and meetups to connect with potential clients and learn about market trends.
Example: Attend local events like the Dubai Tech Conference to represent Talentier and generate leads.
Job Requirements
• Current Students or Recent Graduates:
Open to students and recent graduates interested in gaining sales and business development experience.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Fluent in English to engage with diverse clients.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn:
Ready to take on new challenges, adapt quickly, and build valuable industry connections.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:
Able to work well with cross-functional teams while staying focused on sales goals.
