Sales Representative (English/Arabic Speaker)

Location: Remote - Dubai

Job Description

Talentier is looking for a Sales Representative (English/Arabic Speaker) to drive business growth and expand our client base across the UAE. This role is focused on engaging with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities for Talentier’s tech consulting, AI solutions, and product development services. The Sales Representative will represent Talentier’s offerings by networking at local industry events, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to closing.


The role requires a proactive approach to sales and strong communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively connect with diverse clients in the UAE market. This position involves collaboration with Talentier’s internal teams, such as Product and Marketing, to align on campaigns and sales strategies specific to the UAE market.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:

Research and engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to generate new leads.


Example: Reach out to e-commerce companies or tech startups in Dubai to discuss Talentier’s solutions.


Support the Sales Process and Follow-Up:

Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings, guiding them through the sales journey and closing deals.


Example: Conduct follow-up meetings with tech firms in Abu Dhabi to convert leads into clients.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to create targeted campaigns and ensure a seamless client experience.


Example: Coordinate with marketing on an outreach campaign focused on AI solutions for the UAE market.


Attend Industry Events and Network:

Represent Talentier at trade shows, conferences, and local meetups to increase brand visibility and establish new connections.


Example: Attend GITEX Technology Week in Dubai to network with potential clients and partners.


Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Growth:

Focus on hitting revenue goals by managing pipelines and securing new clients—success is rewarded with performance-based incentives.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals effectively.


Communication Skills:

Fluency in English is essential for engaging with local clients.


Proactive and Adaptable:

Self-starter who can navigate challenges and independently identify new sales opportunities.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with internal teams and tracking metrics to refine and optimize sales strategies.
