Job Description

The Business Development Associate (Europe) at Talentier will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing strategic partnerships across key European markets. This position involves identifying growth opportunities within startups, SMEs, and large enterprises that can benefit from Talentier’s tech consulting, AI solutions, and product development services. The manager may attend tech conferences in Berlin, networking events in Amsterdam, and industry meetups in Paris to foster client relationships and increase Talentier’s presence across Europe.


The role also includes forging partnerships with local incubators, accelerators, and universities to drive mutual growth. The Business Development Associate will work closely with Talentier’s internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to align solutions with regional demands and set measurable goals. For example, the manager may partner with engineers to tailor solutions for fintech startups or collaborate with data analysts to develop effective sales strategies for different European markets.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Engage New Business Opportunities:

Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in key European hubs like Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam to generate qualified leads.


Example: Reach out to fintech companies in Berlin or AI-driven startups in Paris to explore potential business opportunities.


Build and Manage Strategic Partnerships:

Develop long-term relationships with European accelerators, incubators, and universities to drive collaboration and growth.


Example: Partner with a Paris-based startup incubator to provide tech consulting services to emerging startups.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to tailor Talentier’s offerings to meet the unique demands of European clients.


Example: Align with marketing on a campaign promoting MVP development for tech startups in Amsterdam.


Attend Industry Events and Network:

Represent Talentier at major European tech conferences, trade shows, and meetups to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Example: Attend events like Web Summit in Lisbon or Slush in Helsinki to connect with industry leaders and potential clients.


Meet Sales Targets and Drive Revenue:

Focus on achieving revenue goals by managing a strong client pipeline and closing deals to support Talentier’s growth across Europe.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates, and candidates with 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to build client relationships, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.


Bilingual Communication Skills:

Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another European language (e.g., German, French, Dutch) being a strong advantage.


Proactive and Solution-Oriented:

Self-starter who can independently identify new opportunities, solve challenges, and drive results.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with internal teams and leveraging data insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
