Intern, Sales Representative – Europe

Job Description
Talentier is seeking a motivated Sales Representative Intern to help grow our client base and provide hands-on support in the sales process across Europe. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in sectors like tech, finance, and healthcare.
As a Sales Representative Intern, you’ll gain practical experience in lead generation, client outreach, and building strong relationships, contributing directly to Talentier’s growth in European markets. For example, you might reach out to tech startups in Paris, attend virtual meetings with prospective clients, and assist in the client onboarding process.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:
Research and engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across key European cities to generate qualified leads.
Example: Contact fintech firms in Amsterdam or reach out to healthcare companies in Paris to introduce Talentier’s solutions.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist with outreach efforts, follow-up communications, and help onboard new clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Example: Participate in virtual meetings with potential clients and follow up with personalized email summaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Work with internal teams to ensure sales efforts align with active marketing campaigns tailored to European markets.
Example: Support a marketing campaign targeting AI and machine learning solutions for European businesses.
• Attend Networking Events and Build Connections:
Join webinars, virtual meetups, and industry events to expand Talentier’s visibility and generate new leads.
Example: Attend tech webinars or virtual conferences in Europe to connect with potential clients.
Job Requirements
• Current Students or Recent Graduates:
Open to university students and recent graduates with an interest in sales and business development.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English is essential, with an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) as a plus.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn:
Ready to take on new challenges, adapt quickly, and engage meaningfully with clients.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:
Able to work well with cross-functional teams and remain focused on sales targets.
