Sales Representative (English/European Speaker)

Job Description
Talentier is seeking a Sales Representative with strong bilingual skills (English/European language) to drive client engagement and business growth across Europe. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in industries such as tech, finance, and healthcare. The Sales Representative will represent Talentier by networking at industry events, reaching out to prospects, and following up on sales opportunities to increase our brand visibility and close deals. For example, the representative may connect with tech companies in Berlin, health-tech firms in Paris, or attend major events like Web Summit in Lisbon.
The role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills in English and another European language (e.g., French, German, Dutch, or Spanish), and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product solutions.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Engage with Potential Clients:
Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across key European cities to generate leads.
Example: Cold-call healthcare tech companies in Paris or reach out to AI startups in Amsterdam to discuss Talentier’s services.
• Manage Sales Processes and Follow-Up:
Engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring consistent follow-up to close deals.
Example: Follow up with leads from Slush Helsinki or Web Summit to turn them into clients.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to tailor solutions and align with campaigns targeting the European market.
Example: Coordinate with marketing to promote Talentier’s MVP development solutions for fintech startups in Europe.
• Attend Industry Events and Network:
Represent Talentier at European conferences and meetups to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Example: Attend conferences like Web Summit or VivaTech to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Growth:
Focus on meeting sales goals, with earnings directly tied to performance and revenue generation.
Job Requirements
• Relevant Experience:
Open to university students, graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Bilingual Communication Skills:
Fluency in English and at least one other European language (e.g., German, French, Dutch, or Spanish) is essential.
• Proactive and Solution-Oriented:
A self-starter with the ability to independently identify new sales opportunities and navigate challenges effectively.
• Collaborative and Data-Driven:
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and using data insights to optimize sales strategies.
