Executive, Strategic Partnership and Events (Hong Kong)
Location: Onsite - Hong Kong
Job Description
The Executive, Strategic Partnership and Events will focus on building relationships with universities, tech companies, startups, and corporations, while organizing events that drive growth and visibility. This role includes identifying key partnerships, managing events, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in partnership building, and the ability to plan impactful events.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Build Partnerships:
Forge collaborations with universities, startups, tech companies, and corporations.
Example: Partner with educational institutions to co-host entrepreneurship workshops or hackathons.
• Support Startup Growth:
Offer mentorship, technical guidance, and resources to startups through partnerships with incubators and accelerators.
• Organize and Manage Events:
Plan hackathons, seminars, and innovation programs that boost Talentier’s brand visibility and build partner relationships.
Example: Organize tech-focused workshops for students with university partners.
• Collaborate with Corporate Partners:
Develop customized solutions for corporate clients and deliver employee upskilling workshops.
Job Requirements
• Relevant Experience:
Open to graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in partnerships, events, or business development.
• Event Planning Skills:
Experience in organizing events, workshops, or hackathons is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Confident in building partnerships with organizations, universities, and tech companies.
• Collaborative and Adaptable:
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at once.
• Language Skills:
Fluency in English and proficiency in Cantonese preferred for local engagement.
