Intern, Sales Representative – Germany

Job Description

Talentier is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative Intern in Germany to help expand our client base and build relationships in one of Europe’s leading tech markets. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales process support, connecting with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across various sectors like tech, finance, and healthcare.


This role is perfect for university students or recent graduates interested in gaining valuable sales experience. For example, you might reach out to tech companies in Berlin, attend virtual meetings with potential clients, and help onboard them to Talentier’s services.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:

Research and engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Germany, especially in cities like Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg.


Example: Reach out to e-commerce startups in Berlin or fintech firms in Frankfurt to introduce Talentier’s services.


Support the Sales Process:

Assist in outreach efforts, follow-up communications, and help onboard new clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.


Example: Join virtual meetings with potential clients and follow up with detailed email recaps to support onboarding.


Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales activities and ongoing campaigns tailored to the German market.


Example: Coordinate with marketing on campaigns promoting Talentier’s AI solutions for German healthcare startups.


Participate in Networking Events:

Attend webinars and industry events, both virtual and in-person, to help build Talentier’s network and generate leads.


Example: Join a German tech conference to connect with potential clients and promote Talentier’s offerings.

Job Requirements

Current Students or Recent Graduates:

Open to university students and recent graduates with an interest in sales and business development.


Strong Communication Skills:

Fluent in German, with proficiency in English for communicating with clients and internal teams.


Proactive and Eager to Learn:

Ready to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and build meaningful connections with clients.


Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:

Able to work well within cross-functional teams and stay focused on achieving sales goals.
