Sales Representative (English/German Speaker)

Location: Remote - Germany

Job Description

Talentier is looking for a Sales Representative in Germany to drive business growth by engaging with startups, SMEs, and large enterprises across various industries, including tech, finance, healthcare, and retail. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term relationships that benefit from Talentier’s tech consulting, AI integration, and product development services. For instance, the representative may reach out to potential clients in Berlin’s startup scene, connect with corporate clients in Frankfurt, or collaborate with local industry events to raise awareness of Talentier’s offerings.


The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement, with the ability to work in both German and English. The Sales Representative will also work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing and Product) to align strategies with active campaigns and optimize the sales funnel to meet specific German market needs.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:

Research and reach out to startups, SMEs, and enterprises across major German cities to generate qualified leads.


Example: Connect with fintech companies in Frankfurt or e-commerce firms in Berlin to explore business opportunities.


Manage Sales Processes and Follow-Up:

Engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings, guiding them through the sales cycle to close deals.


Example: Follow up with new contacts from industry events to convert leads into clients.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and tailor campaigns for the German market.


Example: Work with marketing on a campaign tailored to AI services for Germany’s healthcare industry.


Attend Industry Events and Network:

Represent Talentier at German trade shows, conferences, and meetups to build brand visibility and generate leads.


Example: Attend events like Bits & Pretzels in Munich or Berlin Tech Week to connect with potential clients.


Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Growth:

Focus on revenue generation by managing client pipelines and closing deals, with earnings tied to sales performance.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and meet revenue targets.


Bilingual Communication Skills:

Fluency in German and English is required to engage effectively with local clients.


Proactive and Adaptable:

A self-starter who can identify new opportunities and work independently to achieve results.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Able to work with cross-functional teams and use data insights to optimize sales strategies.
