Sales Representative (English Speaker)

Job Description

Talentier is seeking a Global Sales Representative to drive client engagement and business growth worldwide. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere and choose your country of focus, giving you the flexibility to target the markets where you can make the biggest impact. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises that can benefit from Talentier’s tech consulting, AI solutions, and product development services. For instance, you might focus on tech companies in Singapore, e-commerce businesses in the UK, or finance firms in Dubai.


As a Global Sales Representative, you’ll work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Sales) to tailor outreach strategies and sales approaches for your target market. This position offers a performance-based earnings model, rewarding you directly for the business you bring in.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and Engage Potential Clients:

Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in your chosen region to generate qualified leads.


Example: Cold-call fintech companies in Australia or reach out to AI-driven startups in Canada to introduce Talentier’s services.


Manage Sales Processes and Follow-Up:

Engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings, following up on leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to close deals.


Example: Conduct follow-up calls after a virtual conference in the UAE to turn leads into clients.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and campaigns tailored to your market focus.


Example: Coordinate with marketing on a campaign targeting healthcare tech solutions for clients in Germany.


Attend Industry Events and Network:

Represent Talentier at relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.


Example: Attend a virtual tech conference in Latin America to connect with potential clients.


Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Revenue:

Focus on meeting sales goals and generating revenue, with performance-based earnings tied to the business you bring in.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals effectively.


Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language specific to your target market is a plus.


Proactive and Solution-Oriented:

Self-starter with the ability to identify new sales opportunities and manage challenges independently.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and using metrics to refine and improve sales strategies.
