Sales Representative (Cantonese Speaker)

Job Description

The Sales Representative (Hong Kong) will play a key role in generating new business by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients. This involves researching startups, SMEs, and enterprises that could benefit from Talentier’s tech solutions. For example, they might cold-call prospects, attend networking events, or collaborate with marketing to target qualified leads.


The role also focuses on nurturing client relationships and following through on sales opportunities. The Sales Representative will engage clients in Cantonese and English, explain Talentier’s offerings, and negotiate contracts. They will also coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, to align campaigns with client needs. Additionally, they will track progress towards sales goals and report key metrics regularly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify New Leads:

Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to generate qualified leads.


  • Client Engagement & Follow-Up:

Engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings, following through to close deals.


  • Collaborate Across Teams:

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.



  • Attend Networking Events:

Represent Talentier at industry events to build relationships and identify opportunities.


  • Meet Sales Targets:

Achieve sales goals and generate revenue; the more business you bring in, the higher you earn.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates, and candidates with 1-2+ years of sales experience.


  • Communication Skills:

Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential to engage effectively with clients.


  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.


  • Problem-Solving Ability:

Proactive and adaptable, able to navigate challenges and close deals efficiently.


  • Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with internal teams and tracking metrics to optimize sales.
