Intern, Sales Representative – Japan

Job Description
Talentier is seeking a Sales Representative Intern in Japan to help grow our client base and provide support across the sales process in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets. This internship offers hands-on experience engaging with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across various industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and more.
You’ll gain practical skills in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building, contributing directly to Talentier’s growth in Japan. For example, you might reach out to potential clients in Tokyo, participate in networking events, and follow up with leads to help onboard new clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:
Research and engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across cities like Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama to generate leads.
Example: Reach out to AI-driven startups or e-commerce firms in Tokyo to introduce Talentier’s solutions.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist in outreach, follow-up communications, and help onboard new clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
Example: Join virtual meetings with clients and follow up with detailed email summaries to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
Example: Coordinate with marketing on campaigns targeting healthcare tech solutions for Japanese businesses.
• Attend Industry Events and Build Networks:
Represent Talentier at industry events, webinars, and tech meetups to generate leads and expand Talentier’s visibility.
Example: Attend a networking event in Tokyo to connect with potential clients and industry leaders.
Job Requirements
• Current Students or Recent Graduates:
Open to university students and recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on sales experience.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Fluent in Japanese with proficiency in English to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn:
Ready to take on new challenges, adapt quickly, and build meaningful client connections.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:
Able to work well in a team while staying focused on personal and company sales targets.
