Intern, Sales Representative – Korea
Location: Remote - Korea
Job Description
Talentier is seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our sales team in Korea. As a Sales Representative Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client engagement, lead generation, and sales strategy in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets. This role will involve reaching out to startups, SMEs, and enterprises, supporting Talentier’s growth by building relationships and connecting clients with our tech services. For example, the intern might cold-call Korean startups, follow up with clients over email, or attend virtual meetings with potential partners.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with Potential Clients:
Research and reach out to Korean startups, SMEs, and enterprises across sectors like tech, finance, and healthcare.
Example: Cold-call or message Seoul-based tech startups to introduce Talentier’s solutions.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist in outreach, track leads, follow up with potential clients, and support the onboarding process.
Example: Join virtual meetings with clients and follow up with detailed email recaps to help finalize onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns for the Korean market.
Example: Coordinate with marketing on a campaign targeting AI and machine learning services for Korean businesses.
• Participate in Networking Events:
Attend industry events, both virtual and in-person, to help generate leads and represent Talentier.
Example: Join a tech webinar or networking event in Seoul to connect with potential clients.
Job Requirements
• Current Students or Recent Graduates:
Open to students and recent graduates interested in sales and business development.
• Excellent Communication Skills:
Fluent in Korean and proficient in English for engaging effectively with clients and the global team.
• Proactive and Adaptable:
Eager to learn, proactive in identifying opportunities, and ready to handle challenges independently.
• Collaborative and Goal-Oriented:
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams while staying focused on personal and team targets.
