Sales Representative (Korean Speaker)

Job Description
Talentier is seeking a Sales Representative (Korean Speaker) to expand our client base in Korea and drive business growth across key industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and education. This role involves identifying and building relationships with startups, SMEs, and larger enterprises in Korea that could benefit from Talentier’s tech consulting, AI solutions, and product development services. For example, the representative may connect with Korean tech firms in Seoul, attend industry events in Busan, or collaborate with potential partners to promote Talentier’s offerings.
This role requires a client-focused approach to sales, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The Sales Representative will also coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with campaigns specific to the Korean market. Attendance at key Korean industry events and conferences will also be part of the role to help Talentier establish a strong presence in Korea.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Engage Potential Clients:
Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across Korean cities such as Seoul and Busan.
Example: Reach out to tech startups in Seoul or fintech companies in Busan to explore potential partnerships.
• Manage Sales Processes and Follow-Up:
Guide potential clients through the sales process, including initial outreach, meetings, and closing deals.
Example: Conduct follow-up meetings with new contacts from industry events to convert leads into clients.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work with Talentier’s Marketing and Product teams to create tailored sales strategies for Korean clients.
Example: Align with marketing on a campaign tailored for AI solutions targeting the Korean healthcare industry.
• Attend Industry Events and Build Networks:
Represent Talentier at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in Korea to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Example: Participate in events like the Seoul Startup Festival or K-Global to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Meet Sales Targets and Drive Growth:
Focus on hitting revenue goals by building a solid sales pipeline and closing deals that support Talentier’s growth in Korea.
Job Requirements
• Relevant Experience:
Open to university students, graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills:
Fluency in Korean is required, with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive and Adaptable:
A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
• Collaborative and Data-Driven:
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and using data insights to optimize sales performance.
