Job Description
The Marketing Executive (Hong Kong) will play a key role in promoting Talentier’s services and driving brand growth. This involves developing marketing campaigns, creating content, and working closely with the sales team to generate new leads and clients. The ideal candidate will have creative ideas, good communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to improve campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and Run Marketing Campaigns:
Design and launch online campaigns to promote Talentier’s services.
Example: Create a LinkedIn campaign targeting startups looking for MVP development.
Create Engaging Content:
Develop social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters.
Example: Write posts showcasing Talentier’s projects and success stories to attract potential clients.
Collaborate with Sales Teams:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Example: Share leads generated from campaigns with the sales team for follow-up.
Monitor Campaign Results:
Track how well campaigns are performing and adjust them as needed.
Example: Analyze social media engagement to see which posts are working best.
Job Requirements
Relevant Experience:
Open to graduates and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Creative Skills:
Able to come up with new ideas for marketing campaigns and content creation.
Communication Skills:
Comfortable writing clear, engaging content and working with different teams.
Data-Driven:
Able to use data and metrics to improve campaigns and report results.
Team Player:
Enjoy working in a team and supporting other departments like sales.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is a must to work effectively in the local market.
