Example: If building a website, list each stage—design, development, testing—and assign deadlines and people for each part.

  • Lead and Support Teams:

Work closely with designers, developers, and salespeople to ensure everyone knows their role.

Example: Regularly check in with the team to see if they are on track or need help.

  • Manage Communication:

Update both clients and internal teams on progress and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

Example: If a delivery is delayed, communicate the reason and new timeline to the client immediately.

  • Solve Problems Quickly:

Identify challenges early and find solutions before they become major issues.

Example: If a developer falls sick, quickly reassign tasks to meet the deadline.

Track Progress and Budget:

Monitor how the project is progressing and make sure it stays within budget.

Example: Keep an eye on expenses and adjust if the project is costing more than expected.
