Job Description

Talentier is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts and build a top-tier team that will drive Talentier’s growth across diverse regions and industries.


This is a remote position, open to qualified candidates worldwide, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring skilled professionals to join our dynamic team in roles ranging from engineering and product development to business development and marketing. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a strategic role in scaling Talentier’s operations by designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our business needs and core values.


The ideal candidate is an innovative, people-focused professional with experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of hiring for global, remote teams. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs, define job roles, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Global Talent Acquisition Strategies:

Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract a diverse pool of candidates for global roles across Talentier.


Example: Create sourcing strategies to attract talent in regions like Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East.


Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment Process:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.


Example: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the engineering team for software development roles.


Build and Maintain a Talent Pipeline:

Proactively source and maintain a pool of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.


Example: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a network of prospective candidates for business development roles.


Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with department heads to understand specific hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.


Example: Partner with the product team to refine job descriptions and set hiring priorities for key positions.


Promote Employer Branding:

Enhance Talentier’s employer brand through engaging job postings, social media content, and positive candidate experiences.


Example: Develop recruitment marketing materials that highlight Talentier’s culture, mission, and remote work opportunities.


Optimize Recruitment Processes and Tools:

Implement best practices and leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes and improve recruitment metrics.


Example: Set up workflows in an ATS to monitor candidate stages and enhance reporting on recruitment KPIs.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, ideally in a global or remote team setting.


Proficiency in Sourcing and Recruitment Tools:

Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards to identify and engage candidates.


Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures; additional language skills are a plus.


Collaborative and Adaptable:

Ability to work with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing hiring needs, and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.


Strong Organizational Skills:

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
