Job Responsibilities
• Identify and Connect with UK Clients:
Research and engage with startups, tech firms, and enterprises across major hubs like London, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
Example: Reach out to startups on LinkedIn or cold-call fintech companies in London to introduce Talentier’s services.
• Support the Sales Process:
Assist with outreach, follow up on leads, and help onboard new UK-based clients.
Example: Join virtual meetings with Manchester-based startups and follow up with personalized emails.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams:
Work with internal teams to align UK-specific campaigns with sales efforts and offer tailored solutions to clients.
Example: Partner with the marketing team to promote AI development services to fintech companies across the UK.
• Attend UK Industry Events and Build Networks:
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and webinars to connect with potential clients.
Example: Represent Talentier at London Tech Week or Edinburgh Startup Festival to promote our services and generate leads.
Job Requirements
• Current Students and Recent Graduates:
Open to U.K. university students and graduates passionate about sales and business development.
• Strong Communication Skills:
Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus for engaging with diverse clients.
• Excited to Learn and Adapt:
