Sales Representative (English Speaker)

Job Description

The Sales Representative (UK) will focus on generating new business and building relationships across the UK market. This involves identifying and engaging with startups, SMEs, and enterprises that can benefit from Talentier’s tech solutions. For example, the representative might cold-call fintech companies in London, connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, or collaborate with marketing to create UK-specific campaigns.


The role also involves nurturing client relationships and closing sales opportunities. The Sales Representative will engage prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to explain Talentier’s services, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth onboarding. For instance, they may attend events like London Tech Week or SaaS North to generate leads and network with potential clients. Additionally, they will coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns for a seamless client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Identify New Leads:

Research startups, SMEs, and enterprises in key UK markets like London, Manchester, and Edinburgh to generate qualified leads.


Example: Cold-call SaaS companies or contact startups on LinkedIn to explore business opportunities.


Engage and Follow-Up with Clients:

Engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to guide them through the sales process and close deals.


Example: Schedule a follow-up call with a potential client after an event at London Tech Week.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and ensure the best solutions for clients.


Example: Coordinate with marketing to promote MVP development services to startups across the UK.


Attend Industry Events and Build Networks:

Represent Talentier at conferences and networking events to generate new opportunities.


Example: Attend SaaS North or Tech Nation events to connect with potential partners and clients.


Meet Sales Targets and Drive Growth:

Focus on achieving revenue goals, with earnings tied to the amount of business generated.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates, and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales or business development.


Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Experience closing deals and managing client relationships is preferred.


Problem-Solving Ability:

Adaptable and proactive, able to handle challenges independently and quickly.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with internal teams and using metrics to optimize sales efforts.
