Sales Representative (English Speaker)

Job Description

The Sales Representative (USA) will focus on generating new business by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients. This involves researching startups, SMEs, and enterprises that can benefit from Talentier’s tech services. For example, the representative may cold-call tech companies in Silicon Valley, connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, or collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.


This role also emphasizes nurturing client relationships and following through on sales opportunities. The Sales Representative will engage prospects via email, calls, and in-person meetings to explain Talentier’s services, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. For instance, they might attend networking events such as CES or TechCrunch Disrupt to generate leads. Additionally, they will coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with campaigns, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Identify New Leads in the U.S. market:

Research and connect with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to generate qualified leads.


Example: Cold-call SaaS companies or reach out to startups on LinkedIn to explore opportunities.


Engage and Follow-Up with Clients:

Engage prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, guiding them through the sales process to close deals.


Example: Schedule a follow-up call after a tech event to convert leads into clients.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with active campaigns.


Example: Coordinate with marketing on a campaign promoting MVP development for startups.


Attend Industry Events and Build Networks:

Represent Talentier at conferences and trade shows to identify new opportunities.


Example: Attend Austin Startup Week to connect with founders and showcase Talentier’s services.


Meet Sales Targets and Drive Growth:

Achieve sales goals, with earnings tied to the amount of business brought in.

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience:

Open to university students, graduates, and candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in sales or business development.


Excellent Communication Skills:

Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.


Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Experience in closing deals and managing client relationships is preferred.


Problem-Solving Ability:

Adaptable and proactive, able to solve challenges quickly and independently.


Collaborative and Data-Driven:

Comfortable working with internal teams and tracking metrics to optimize sales efforts.
